Scope
The annual Density Functional Days in Tübingen have been established in 2013 and are organized jointly by Joseph Brader (U Fribourg), Roland Roth (U Tübingen) and Martin Oettel (U Tübingen).
The workshops communicate progress in methods of Classical Density Functional Theory and intend to cover fundamental aspects of the statics and dynamics in homogeneous and inhomogeneous systems as well as selected applications.
From 2019 on, a regular DFT school is planned, complementing the DFT Days and aimed at younger researchers. The first school (March 2019, Freiburg) is organized by Andreas Härtel (U Freiburg), more information can be found here .
Announcement
Eighth Density Functional Days
September 21 - 23, 2020
Owing to the current difficulties in many countries related to Covid-19, the DFT days 2020 will be an online conference.
Abstracts have been added to the program.
Directions: The meeting will be held with zoom. Participation is free for all interested people. You have to register here for the first session on Monday, Sep 21 until Friday, Sep 18, 4pm Berlin time. This session will be open from 8:30 am. All information regarding access to the following sessions will be distributed via email among the registered participants.
