Inhalt
In this seminar, students learn about organizational and entrepreneurial management problems in a Chinese business context. The seminar offers various frameworks about how Western companies enter the Chinese market. Students learn how these companies detect business opportunities, conduct business in China’s various economic sectors and reflect on the future developments of China’s economy. Furthermore, students analyze local customer needs in China and assess the Chinese entrepreneurial landscape. Based on group projects, students develop business solutions and business models.

In addition, students enhance their ability to develop projects assigned to them in small teams. Students test theoretical knowledge already acquired through practical projects.
