The central Deans' Office is staffed continuously during regular office hours (9 a.m. to 11 a.m.). For contract signings, please be sure to make an appointment in advance.
The letterbox in the corridor outside our office wing on the 2nd floor is emptied once a day. You can drop off urgent documents there if you do not find anyone in the Deans' Office.
The Doctoral Studies Office is open for regular consultation hours on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10-12 a.m.
