Registration Formalities

The course series will take place via Zoom.

All doctoral students of the Faculty of Philosophy can register for the courses in the ‘Large-scale Project Doctorate’ series.

If you register for several courses, please indicate your preferences. If the courses are overbooked, we will take these preferences into account.

Doctoral students who have already participated in the course series can reapply for courses they have already attended, but will initially be placed on the waiting list.

Please indicate in the subject line: Anmeldung Großprojekt Promotion + course number (e.g. Anmeldung Großprojekt Promotion course 1,2)

In the text, we require the following information in order to provide you with the best possible support:

  • The course you would like to register for/or several courses in order of priority
  • Your assessment of the phase of your doctoral studies you are currently in (A = beginning of doctoral studies, B = middle phase, C = final phase)
  • Your doctoral subject
  • The (provisional) title of your thesis
  • Your native language and the language of publication of your dissertation

By registering, you agree to the disclosure of this information and your email address to the respective lecturer.

If you are unable to attend a course, please cancel your registration by email (maspam prevention@philosophie.uni-tuebingen.de) at least one week (7 days) before the start of the course so that other interested parties on the waiting list can take your place. Cancellations received directly by the lecturers cannot be accepted.

Anyone who does not attend or drops out of the selected and confirmed course without timely cancellation (or a doctor's note or similar) will be excluded from participating in the next series of courses. Without cancellation, no one can move up.
