Support for bwGRiD und local computer

If you need assistance you can contact us.

For contact to our central support via e-mail, click on hpcmaster.

We get your e-mail via our central ticket system and it will be processed.

Support for the bwUniCluster, the bwFileStorage and the bwForClustern

Additionally to the central support of the university of Tübingen, you can make use of the bwsupportPortal. The Login to the bwSupportPortal with your ZDV login over the bwIDM infrastructure.

At the DFN-AAI page you need to select your home organiziation. After you input your ZDV-Login-ID and your password, confirm your user attributes and then you will be forwarded to the ticket formular.

You completed the login process now and you can create a new ticket by clicking on the "Submit a new ticket" link.

Subject-specific support

For subject-specific concerns, click bwsupportPortal. Please fill in the ticket formular for your request. Furthermore you are able to assign one of the following subject-specific areas for your ticket.

After you have sent your ticket, it will be forwarded to the person in charge by the first-level support.
