Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)

MHFA stands for Mental Health First Aid and refers to first aid for mental health – both for others and for yourself. Every year, numerous students from different disciplines are trained as MHFA first responders. They are always available to listen to your concerns.

Once a month, MHFA first responders accompany the Walk&Talk. There you have the opportunity to talk to other students and discuss anything that is on your mind. If necessary, the MHFA first responders are there to support you.
