The next Debate under the Linden Tree (DudL) will take place on Tuesday, 14 July 2026, at 12:15 p.m. at the Institute of Political Science (IfP), University of Tübingen.
This session will feature Prof. Dr. Léonie de Jonge, Professor of Political Science at the Institute for Research on Far-Right Extremism (IRex). Her research focuses on far-right extremism, political actors, exclusionary ideologies, and democratic responses to the rise of the far right.
Following a short input on the topic "Everyday Extremism: How Far-Right Ideas Become Mainstream," participants are invited to join an open discussion moderated by Prof. de Jonge. The presentation and discussion will be held in English.

In good weather, the event will take place under the linden tree in front of the Institute. In case of bad weather, it will be held in Seminar Room 124.
