Guest lecture by Pia Lünstroth from Mercer hkp///group in “Personnel Economics”

On December 4, 2024 we had the pleasure of hosting Pia Lünstroth from Mercer hkp///group for a guest lecture on executive compensation in the lecture on "Personnel Economics". Her deep insights into the topic were both thought-provoking and highly valuable for the students.
After the lecture, students worked in groups on two case studies and had the opportunity to present their findings, receiving valuable feedback directly from Pia Lünstroth. The exchange with such a high-ranking practitioner was incredibly enriching, and it was evident that the students were inspired by the practical perspective she brought.
