Generative AI, Communication and Entrepreneurship Generative AI is often regarded as a magic bullet—especially in the world of entrepreneurship. It promises automated business processes, new jobs, and skills for the “future of work.” But instead of real “reasoning agents,” we're mostly dealing with rhetorical systems: They don't generate objective truths, but statistically probable – often average – texts, images, or ideas. In this workshop, we will there-fore take a critical and practical look at the use of generative AI in a business context: Where does it really make sense to use AI models? How can prompt engineering be done well? And how can dialogical optimization or automated feedback loops be designed productively in the early project phase? The focus is on text-based systems, but related tools and fields of application will also be discussed. The goal is to understand generative AI as a tool that – when used wisely in certain fields – supports creative processes, facilitates communication, and encourages entrepreneurial thinking.
