Herbarium Tubingense
The Herbarium Tubingense is one of the largest scientific collections at the University of Tübingen. Besides dried specimens of vascular plants, ferns, fungi, lichens, algae and mosses from all over the world, it harbours large collections of seeds, fruits and spices, teaching models and other historical objects. The herbarium consists of a main collection and a large number of special collections. Many of these are of great scientific and historical value, and of great beauty.
