Our introductory training session can only be booked if the ‘initial registration ticket’ has been booked in advance.
We also ask that you seek medical advice if you have any complaints or pre-existing conditions to clarify whether equipment-based strength training is possible without restrictions.
For introductory training sessions outside of opening hours for free training, we set a group size of 4 people and estimate a duration of 1.5-2 hours. For introductory training sessions during our opening hours, we set a group size of 2 people and estimate a duration of 45-60 minutes. The duration is an estimate, not a guarantee. If the course is not fully booked, the introductory training session may be shorter.
