Kristina Laube

Kristina Laube is a science communicator at the Hector Research Institute of Education Sciences and Psychology and the LEAD Graduate School & Research Network at the University of Tübingen. Previously, she worked at the Tübingen AI Center on the Federal Competition for Artificial Intelligence, focusing on young audiences. In this role, she co-authored the comic essay 'Chocolate Robots and Deepfakes: Artificial Intelligence from the Perspective of Young People' and was responsible for the TikTok channel @keepingupwith_ai in cooperation with KI-Campus.

A trained journalist, she spent more than ten years in Berlin as an editor and reporter for the international broadcaster Deutsche Welle and the science magazine Xenius on the Franco-German broadcaster ARTE.

Her intrinsic motivation remains the same to this day: to stay curious and ask questions that turn even dry data into an exciting narrative.
