Janina Täschner is a postdoctoral researcher at the Hector Institute for Empirical Educational Research (HIB), where her work includes the evaluation of the Startchancen program. In her research, she examines how motivational constructs – such as teachers’ self-efficacy or students’ self-concept – can be changed and measured.
