In exceptional cases, a meeting can be arranged.

Job profile
- Contact person for scientific staff, term-appointed teaching staff, and students
- Administrative support of research and teaching
- Maintenance of the department´s website
- Financial monitoring (particularly the budgetary resources)
- Organization of events as part of the team (conferences, welcome events etc.)
- Proofreading
- Organization of recruitment processes
- Taking minutes in meetings
