Around 2/3 of our students spend one or two Semesters abroad in one of 40 countries. The opportunities for Master's students to complete part of their studies at top universities in Asia or Africa are also unique.

English language

50 % of our M.Sc. programs can be studied in English. 100% of the economics courses on the M.Sc.-level are offered in English.

Our teaching prepares our students for challenging tasks in the private sector and in public institutions.
With dedication and passion, we convey methods, contents, communication skills, and - not least - a sense of responsibility. The great success of our graduates on the job market proves that our concept works. Our second responsibility to society lies in expanding existing knowledge about business and economics, working on foundational research, policy and business advising, and preparing current research for teaching.

International Focus

International Business Administration and International Economics are important chairs.

The Master’s programs in International Business is unique in Germany - here students have the opportunity to spend parts of their studies at selected universities in Asia and Africa. In this way, we convey intercultural skills to our graduates and prepare them for their jobs in important markets for the future.In integrated binational Master’s programs with double degrees, students spend a part of their time in Tübingen and part at a Partner University in Strasbourg, Lyon (France), Pavia (Italy), Nottingham (Great Britain), or Adelaide (Australia).

More than 50% of our M.Sc. programs can be studied in English. Over one third of our courses are offered in English.

We are convinced that we offer our students an excellent education if we actively engage in research. Our graduates thus obtain current knowledge and the best possible methods for their career entry. That is how we can fulfill our social mandate of expanding society’s knowledge and giving answers to urgent questions in business and economic policy.
