The Institute of Criminology at the University of Tübingen offers internships to interested students in the fields of pedagogy, psychology, or sociology.
Interns at our institute are usually matched with one of our currently ongoing research projects and they are encouraged to contribute some form of individual work to the overall research project. Therefore, applicants for internships should (ideally) already have taken some classes on criminologically relevant issues in order to have a basic understanding of the field of criminology. Additionally, as we primarily conduct research in the German-speaking context, applicants have to be fluent in spoken and written German.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide any form of financial support to our interns.
If you are interested in applying for an internship at our institute, we look forward to receiving your application at praktikumspam prevention@ifk.uni-tuebingen.de or via regular mail at Institut für Kriminologie, Sekretariat, Sand 7, 72076 Tübingen.
