Our PhD thesis focus on advancing machine learning and AI methods to solve biomedical challenges. We develop innovative solutions for disease prevention and treatment, including SARS-CoV-2, HIV, cancer, and malaria, using clinical, genomic, and epigenomic data. Additionally, we specialize in privacy-preserving machine learning to ensure high-performance predictions while maintaining data security.  

We are part of a dynamic and international research environment at the University of Tübingen, fostering collaborations across disciplines and institutions worldwide.
