Participation in Ph.D. Course “Personnel and Labor Economics for Education Economists"
In the last week of April, Nadja Gutermann joined the Leading House Ph.D. course “Personnel and Labor Economics for Education Economists,” taught by Tor Eriksson and Anders Frederiksen from Aarhus University.
Over four intensive days, the course connected key topics in personnel economics, including management practices, hiring and recruitment, performance management, teams, and current research frontiers.
The third core course in the Leading House program, “Foundations of the Economics of Education: Educational Production”, will take place at the end of June 2026.
