Successful Participation at the SASE 2026 Conference in Bordeaux
Kerstin Pull presented the joint research project “There is no ‘I’ in Team, but there is a ‘ME’ in it: How Team and Task Familiarity Affect Team Coordination under Performance Pressure” at the 2026 SASE Conference in Bordeaux. The study was conducted in collaboration with Julian Nüßle (University of Tübingen) and Philip Yang (Paderborn University).
The presentation explored how team familiarity and task familiarity influence team coordination under conditions of performance pressure. It sparked engaging discussions with researchers from around the world and provided valuable feedback on the project.
The conference offered an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, gain new perspectives on current research, and strengthen international academic networks.
