International Max Planck Research School (IMPRS) proposal approved

for “Intelligent Systems"

The IMPRS is run by the Max-Planck-Institut for Intelligent Systems (5 Departments and 6 Independent Junior Research Groups participate) together with the Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen (4 Professors and their research groups) as well as the Universität Stuttgart (4 Professors and their research groups).

The initial funding period is six years, presumably starting on 01.07.2017 until 30.06.2023 (exact starting and ending dates are still provisional). In total the IMPRS will be able to fund 48 doctoral students (TVöD E 13 50%).
