Improving RNA Base Editing Strategies

New design principles for in vivo RNA editing

Researchers from the IFIB present a new strategy to change genomic information at the RNA level with improved efficiency and precision, which opens the way towards clinical applications. The study was published in January 2022 in Nature Biotechnology.
