Presentations at the Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE) 2024
The Department of HRM & Organization presented two research projects at the 26th Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE) in Zurich, Switzerland. The conference, held from February 15-16, 2024, at University of Zurich, brought together around 80 speakers and even more participants to discuss a variety of research projects on personnel economics.
Stefanie Ehmann (Department of Managerial Accounting, Prof. Dr. Patrick Kampkötter) presented a joint paper with Dr. Julian Nüssle and Sarah Diederich entitled "Playing the trump card: Trait dominance and pay-performance- sensitivity in executive compensation". Raphael Moritz presented a joint paper with Dr. Christian Manger and Prof. Dr. Kerstin Pull with the title: "The Visual Narrative: Social Media, Stereotypes, and Ethnic Discrimination".
The Colloquium on Personnel Economics (COPE) was organized by Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Uschi Backes-Gellner, University of Zurich, one of the founding members of the COPE. Kerstin Pull is part of the standing scientific committee, together with Uschi Backes-Gellner, Oliver Fabel (University of Vienna), Alex Bryson (University College London), and Anders Frederiksen (Aarhus University).
