What our students say about their exchange
I have many wonderful memories of my stay abroad in Reading. I met great people, made friends that went beyond the Erasmus exchange and developed academically. The University of Reading focuses on interactivity in teaching, which was an interesting difference to the lectures in Tübingen. I am more than grateful that I was able to gain this experience and can only recommend a semester abroad!
Ellen Edel, University of Reading
I can only recommend an Erasmus semester during your studies, because it is a great experience. I chose Tallinn because of its phenomenal location and the good reputation of the highly innovative TalTech. What I enjoyed most about my stay in Estonia were the great trips that were offered to Erasmus students and the intercultural exchange with my fellow students, who came to Tallinn from all over the world.
Carla Schwehr, TalTech Tallinn
During my Erasmus exchange, I was able to expand my intercultural skills and gain an insight into teaching abroad. I chose Krakow to discover my Polish roots in a different way and to experience the cultural diversity of the city. The courses offered were completely different to those I am familiar with from and different teaching methods were used. Krakow is a beautiful and historic city that is very much underestimated.
Sarah Paziak, Jagiellonian Uni. Krakow
I decided to study abroad as an Erasmus student because I really wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. Aix-en-Provence was a natural choice as Tübingen's partner city and because of its fantastic location near the Cote d'Azur. I made lots of new friends from all over the world during my semester abroad and especially enjoyed trying out the many fantastic cafés in the city centre of Aix with them.
