Before your stay abroad
The Department of Biology will happily support you in your studies abroad. We generally recommend that you only start studying abroad after you have passed the most important basic/compulsory modules or the intermediate examinations (Bachelor). You should start planning your studies abroad at least one year before your planned stay. Please contact the student advisory service for detailed information.

After your stay abroad
The credits you acquire abroad will be recognised as part of your degree programme at best, so that you can usually acquire almost as many credits abroad as you would in the same period in Tübingen.
To have your courses recognised, please contact the Biology Student Advisory Service and present an original transcript of your achievements abroad. Please note that we cannot accept scanned or emailed transcripts! At some partner universities, it is also possible to release the transcript for us online so that we can verify its authenticity.
