WiNaLehramt! is a joint project of the universities in Tübingen, Dresden, Münster and Hannover that aims to motivate teacher trainees and teachers to gain further academic qualifications in (empirical) educational research.
Further goals are to facilitate the transition from the profession-specific teacher education to the research-oriented doctoral phase and to promote networking with actors from the scientific community at different locations.
