BinAC 2 Online training course 

The training event addresses BinAC 1 users who already migrated to BinAC 2.

Topics

• Introduction to the BinAC 2 (filesystem, hardware, etc.)
• Software on the BinAC 2 (Environment Modules, Apptainer, Conda, ...)
• Introduction to Slurm scheduler
• Efficient parallelization basics
• Reproducibility basics (glimpse on Nextflow and Snakemake)

Prequisite

• Basic Linux knowledge
• functional BinAC 2 account
• Bring your own laptop (fully charged) if you attend on-site
