Four phrases that drive us forward

At the retreat of the Hector Research Institute of Education Sciences and Psychology, the focus lay on the vision for our work.

What do we want to achieve with our work at the HIB? This question was the focus of the annual retreat in Bad Boll. The institute's vision serves as a compass for our work:

• We advance science that makes learning and teaching more successful.

• We transform the landscape of research on education with a collaborative, interdisciplinary, and multilevel research program.
• We train the next generation of education leaders.

• We inspire society to embrace empirical evidence in education.
