In September 2023, Philipp Beuchel started a project on the implementation of mindfulness in different educational contexts as part of the Innovation Grant of the University of Tübingen. In this project, he designs mindfulness trainings for students, teachers, and school management as well as programs to learn teaching mindfulness. He investigates their feasibility and efficacy. His research focuses on the methodologically diverse investigation of mindfulness in school and teacher education with respect to mental health, teaching, and educational goals.
Since 2016, Philipp Beuchel is member of a scientific network for mindfulness in education that brings together research and practical initiatives in the German-speaking areas. Additionally, he teaches yoga and mindfulness in diverse contexts since 2007.
