Ida Malini Syvertsen has studied general psychology in Tromsø (Norway) and in Tübingen, as well as social and cognitive psychology in Bergen (Norway) and Graz (Austria). She is now a researcher doing her doctorate in the working group focused on 'Research on Teachers and Teacher Education'. Her PhD project focuses on questions of educational leadership.
