What the introductory training can provide

Are you new to us? Then book an introductory training session!

During our introductory training, you will learn fundamental equipment-based exercises and key training principles to ensure that nothing gets in the way of your training in our strength and fitness hall. You will also get an introductory training plan to get you started.

To particiapte at a KuF introduction the ‘initial registration’ has to be booked and paid.

The introductory training is not:

Our introductory training session is aimed at people who are just beginning with training at a gym. We therefore primarily show machine-based exercises. If you want to learn exercises with free weights (e.g. squat, bench press or deadlift), we recommend that you attend one of our workshops or book a coaching session. The training plan is aimed at people whose goal is to start with machine-based strength training. If you have specific goals, such as targeted training for a particular sport/discipline, please book a coaching session. This will allow us to select the right trainer for your needs.
