Information and forms for written course work

Guidelines

In the right sidebar you will find our guidelines for written course work as a PDF document. It contains the binding guidelines for the layout  of a wide variety of written work in the course of your studies.
Please read the guidelines carefully before contacting the chair staff regarding possible supervision. In this way, we will have a common basis for the first consultation.

Declaration of originality

Please keep in mind that a signed declaration of originality must be attached to all homework and final papers. In the right sidebar you will find a German and an English declaration of originality as PDF for download.

Thesis topics

In principle, students can suggest the topic of their thesis themselves, but due to the numerous requests from students who have problems finding a topic, the right sidebar (for download) contains lists with examples of possible topics related to the research interests of the Chair's staff.
You are cordially invited to deal with one of the following topics in your thesis, but this does not relieve you of the burden of independently developing your research question, searching for the relevant literature and developing your own theses.
