Tübingen Lectures in Sport Economics

Researchers of the Univeristy of Queensland, the University of Liverpool and the Bielefeld University will talk about their current research in sport economics.

Invited by the Institute of Sports Science (Research Group in Sport Economics, Sport Management & Media Research) and the Tübingen Data Science and Sports Lab researchers will present their current work in sport economics.

On November 19, 09:00am (CET), Lionel Page (University of Queensland) talks about "How success breeds success”

Kaori Narita (University of Liverpool) presents her research on the topic "Causal inference with observational data: A tutorial on propensity score analysis“ on December 17, 04:15pm (CET).

On January 28, 12:30pm (CET), Pamela Wicker (Bielefeld University) reports on the project “Economic sustainability of the UEFA EURO 2024” (28. Januar, 12.30 Uhr).
