FEEL - exercise programs for (re)beginners

The FEEL exercise programmes start a new round in October! Sign up for free now!

Do you like being active and want your friends to get moving too? Or are you looking for a way to get more active yourself? Our free FEEL exercise programs are just right for you. The exercise programs are specially developed for (re)beginners between the ages of 18-35. It therefore requires neither previous sporting experience nor a good level of fitness. You have the opportunity to get to know different activities and forms of training.

DURATION: 8 classes of 90 minutes each

START: from 21 October 2024

DATES: Tuesdays, 19.00-20.30 or Thursdays, 20.00-21.30 (further dates are being planned)

LOCATION: Gymnastikhalle (Geschwister-Scholl-Schule Tübingen) or outside

STUDY: The FEEL exercise programmes are part of a study by the Institute of Sports Science.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: People with good written and spoken German
