So that we can provide you with the best possible training, our courses are organised according to different levels of play. Tennis courses are offered at six different levels. These are graded according to playing ability from A = beginner to F = competitive player.
Please note the different course levels and choose the right level. If we find that the course level has been set too high, we reserve the right to prohibit you from continuing to take part in the course (if necessary without replacement).
Beginners
Learning objective:
Introduction to the basic technique of tennis. Basic strokes with method balls in the small court and also from the baseline.
Prerequisite:
Holding a tennis racket for the first time? No problem. Here you will learn how to use it.
Beginner 2
Learning objective:
Using and shaping all basic strokes. Transition from method balls to normal tennis balls.
Prerequisite:
Being able to play all strokes (forehand / backhand, volley, smash) in one rally from the baseline in pairs.
Advanced 1
Learning objective:
Basic strokes with topspin. Playing points with serve. The first game combinations in singles.
Prerequisite:
To be able to play balls from the baseline without rotating the ball. To be able to play a rally with one person at the net.
Advanced 2
Learning objective:
Playing combinations in doubles. Tactical elements to suit individual abilities.
Prerequisite:
Basic strokes with topspin Being able to play through a rally with a slice or topspin serve.
Expert
Learning objective:
Speciality shots, straight, slice and twist serves. Improvement of individual skills.
Prerequisite:
To be able to consciously place all stroke variations and use them as a tactical element in singles and doubles matches. Team players, experienced hobby players.
Competition
Learning objective:
To use all stroke variations. Strategy and tactics in singles and doubles play.
Prerequisite:
Only for active and former team and tournament players.
