Konstantin Vinokic a postdoctoral researcher at the Hector Research Institute of Education Sciences and Psychology, contributing to the evaluation of the national Startchancen-Programm and the SchuMaS – Schule macht stark project. 

He is particularly interested in how brief observations (so-called Thin-Slice Ratings) can reliably and validly capture meaningful aspects of teacher-child interactions.
