The digital transformation requires teachers to successfully integrate educational technology during teaching. The questions, however, arise, a) how technology can be used to promote learning, b) how technology can be integrated to foster teaching quality, and c) how professional development programs of (pre-service) teacher should be designed and implemented to attain professional competencies? In our working group "Teaching and Learning with Educational Technology" we apply quantitative and qualitative research methods to provide research-based answers to these questions.
