Professional catering in the Mercedes-Benz Arena

On-site visit enables students to gain interesting insights into professional sports facility management.

On 9th of November, sport management students from Germany, France, and the Spain took a look behind the scenes of the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Stuttgart. The visit was an integral part of the Sports Facility Management Seminar taught by Professor Tim Pawlowski. The focus during the 90-minute guided tour was put on professional arena catering.
