Summary:

In this talk, I will present an update on our study of protein trafficking in the plant exocytic pathway, including the identification and characterization of new cargo proteins for the Arabidopsis vacuolar sorting receptor (VSR) proteins, the trafficking and turnover of secretory carrier membrane protein 1 (SCAMP1), and the newly identified EXPO organelle.
