Joldon Kutmanaliev is Teach@Tuebingen Fellow and will give a talk tomorrow on "Ethnic Violence in Southern Kyrgyzstan" in the Institutskolloquium at 16:00 c.t. in room 124.

Joldon Kutmanaliev just handed in his PhD-Thesis on the same topic at the European University Institute in Florence. He extensively traveled the region and can give profound insights on politics and armed conflicts in Southern Kyrgyzstan since independence.
