Content:

The talk will focus on understanding the driving factors behind combatants' actions during and after the Syrian conflict, including personal, ideological, and structural influences. It will also explore HTS's evolution, leadership, and ideological and strategic priorities in shaping Syria's post-Assad landscape. Lastly, it will examine the opportunities and obstacles Syria faces in the wake of Assad's regime, with a focus on governance, reconciliation, and rebuilding national unity amidst ongoing internal and external pressures.
