Call for applications: Tübingen Research Takeoff - SPRINT

Call Tübingen Research Takeoff (TRT) – to support joint research initiatives

The Tübingen Research Takeoff (TRT) is a program of the Baden-Württemberg Center for Brazil and Latin America at the University of Tübingen, which aims at the revitalization and diversification of the scientific cooperation of the University of Tübingen with Latin America through the sponsorship of project related joint activities of new research partners. In 2023, one call of the TRT will focus on potential partners from the State of São Paulo, in Brazil, registered as FAPESP scientists. The projects approved by the selection committee will receive financial support to start the new collaboration.

The TRT - SPRINT call will be executed with the São Paulo Research Foundation - FAPESP in accordance with the SPRINT program (São Paulo Researchers in International Collaboration). SPRINT has the purpose of promoting the engagement of researchers affiliated to institutions of higher education and research in the State of São Paulo aiming at the elaboration of joint research projects of medium and long term in partnership with researchers abroad.

July 28, 2023: Publishing of the related calls from FAPESP and University of Tübingen
Until October 13, 2023: Orientation and matchmaking for TRT (sessions offered by Baden-Württemberg Center for Brazil and Latin-America)       
October 30, 2023: Deadline for submissions TRT
January 31, 2024: Announcement of results TRT
