Knowledge Dialogues on Rights of Nature: 3° Forests-Bosques-Sacha-Wälder

Have you ever wondered...

What rights would forests need? How do we know that a forest is "doing well"?
What actually is a forest? What would (have to) change in our conception and treatment of forests, if forests were recognized as legal entities and could sue?
Which human representatives should be allowed to speak for a forest and which should not?

These are some of the questions we will speak about.

Diálogos de Conocimientos sobre Derechos de la Naturaleza: 3° Forests-Bosques-Sacha-Wälder

Te has preguntado alguna vez...
¿Qué derechos necesitarían los bosques? ¿Cómo sabemos que un bosque "va bien"?
¿Qué es realmente un bosque? ¿Qué cambiaría (o tendría que cambiar) en nuestra concepción y trato de los bosques si éstos fueran reconocidos como personas jurídicas y pudieran interponer demandas?
¿Qué representantes humanos deberían poder hablar en nombre de un bosque y cuáles no?

Estas son algunas de las preguntas sobre las que hablaremos.
