You can either book our tickets conveniently online on this page or directly with us on site. You can then get started straight away and can pay for your ticket within three working days by bank transfer. You will receive your ticket (and the payment information) within a few minutes at the e-mail address provided.
Service fee "Initial registration"
We charge a one-off* service fee of €25for the initial registration of our new customers. So if you would like to book a ticket with us for the first time, you must book the “Initial registration”service fee ticket in advance. This also includes an introductory training session with a trainer. However, the introductory training is not mandatory.
*due to the system, a validity of 12 months is noted when booking the ticket However, the “initial registration” service fee is only charged once
All-day tickets
Our all-day tickets allow you to use the gym and fitness hall, including the climbing area. As the name suggests, with an all-day ticket you can visit us at any time during our regular opening hours. In addition, you have the choice between flexible terms: Opt for a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month ticket and enjoy your training whenever it suits you.
Our morning tickets allow you to use the strength and fitness hall, including the climbing area. The ticket is suitable for all those who prefer to train in the first half of the day. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays you can use the gym until 2 pm during our opening hours, on Tuesdays and Thursdays until 12 noon and at weekends until 1 pm. Here, too, you can choose between a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month ticket.
Our ten-ticket KuF gives you ten uses of the strength and fitness hall, including the climbing area. It doesn't matter what time you visit us during our regular opening hours. Your ten-ticket is valid for one year.

KuF coaching is perfect if you want to receive a training plan tailored to your individual needs. Together, we will analyze your training success to date and optimize your training plan to ensure further progression. If necessary, we will check your execution of exercises you already know and show you the exercises that have been added to your new training plan. The coaching session lasts one hour.
In body measurement (bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA)), a weak, high-frequency alternating current is passed through the body via electrodes on the hands and feet. This allows the following parameters to be measured:

During your appointment, you will receive a detailed explanation and interpretation of the measured values in addition to the analysis.
