Besides open training, we offer you various consulting and analysis services that are specifically tailored to you and your individual goals. Whether you want to increase your strength, improve your endurance, gain muscle mass or simply stay healthy for as long as possible - with the correct programme, you too will reach your goals.
Introductory training for new customers
Are you new at our gym? If so, arrange an introductory training session! During the KuF introductory training session, we will develop an introductory training programme* tailored to your training level and your training goals. You will learn the fundamental exercises and key training principles to ensure that nothing gets in the way of your training in our strength and fitness gym.
KuF coaching is perfect if you want to receive a training plan tailored to your individual needs. Together, we will analyze your training success to date and optimize your training plan to ensure further progression. If necessary, we will check your execution of exercises you already know and show you the exercises that have been added to your new training plan. The coaching session lasts one hour.
In body measurement (bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA)), a weak, high-frequency alternating current is passed through the body via electrodes on the hands and feet. This allows the following parameters to be measured:
Ratio of
total body weight,
skeletal muscle mass and
body fat mass
Percentage body fat and respective recommended normal range
Distribution of lean mass, fat and water separately for arms, legs and trunk
extracellular water ratio
visceral fat in c m²
phase angle
During your appointment, you will receive a detailed explanation and interpretation of the measured values in addition to the analysis.
