Introductory training for new customers

Are you new here? Then sign up for an introductory training session!

During our introductory training session, you will learn basic equipment-based exercises and important training principles so that nothing stands in the way of your training in our Strength and Fitness Hall.

You will also receive an introductory training plan.

Target Group

  People who are just starting to train
 

If you would like to learn exercises with free weights (e.g. squats, bench presses or deadlifts), we recommend attending one of our workshops or booking a coaching session.

  • Receiving an introductory training plan
  • Explanation of training principles

As the introduction takes place in a group setting, we are unable to offer a highly personalised training plan. However, we are happy to recommend suitable exercises, which are explained in our training guide.

If you have specific goals, such as targeted training for a particular sport or discipline, we ask that you arrange a coaching session. We can then select the right trainer for your needs. 
 

Requirement

If you have any injuries or pre-existing conditions, please consult your doctor beforehand to find out whether you can do the exercises in the training plan.

Of course, you can also just watch individual exercises.
