Our trainings areas

On a training area of almost 440 m², we offer a wide range of equipment. From conventional strength and cardio equipment to free weights, functional rigs and weight-lifting platforms, we cover many different needs according to the motto ‘small, but oh my’.

 


Cardio area

Consistent cardio training strengthens the cardiovascular system and is therefore an important part of a healthy lifestyle. In addition, improving aerobic and anaerobic endurance capacity plays a decisive role in performance in many different disciplines. You will therefore find a large selection of different cardio machines in our cardio area.

 


Machine area

Strong and resilient body helps us to perform everyday tasks and keeps us healthy and fit in the long term.
Machine training not only offers the perfect introduction for beginners, but is also a time-efficient and safe way to build and maintain muscle. In our machine area, we have machines for every muscle group.

 

 


Free weight area

Whether it's Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, bodybuilding or stability training for another discipline - in our free weights area you are in good hands. Our weight-lifting platform, sound-absorbing floor and high-quality dumbbell and barbell bars (swiss bar, safety bar, log bar, etc.) and weight plates (bumper plates and calibrated cast iron plates) provide the opportunity to really let off steam and get seriously strong.

 

 


Functional area

Our functional area is equipped with a multifunctional rig and multifunctional wall with many different attachments. In addition to rings, dip bars and paralettes, you will also find a landmine, TRX, plyoboxes, battle ropes, a climbing rope, a wall ball target, a human flag bar and wall bars as well as kettlebells, slam balls, agility and balance equipment and much more.

 


Climbing area

Alongside the usual gym equipment, the strength and fitness hall also offers a climbing facility. You can climb both indoors and outdoors. Our indoor climbing tower has a wall height of approx. 7 metres and comprises 11 lanes. The outdoor climbing area is approx. 10 metres high and has 18 routes. Here you will find various routes with different levels of difficulty.
