“Oxford Research Encyclopedias / African History” database

The Encyclopedia of African History currently contains 748 articles, ranging from “Africa in the World: History and Historiography” to “The Zanzibar Revolution and Its Aftermath.” The editor is Thomas Spear, professor emeritus of African history at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
