Doctoral program “Problem-oriented Sports Science”

The doctoral program (2017 – 2020), designed in conjunction with the Institute of Sports Science at the University of Bern, will be expanded in the funding period 2021 – 2024 by the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and the Technical University of Munich.

From the 23rd to the 25th of June, 2021, the first Summer School of the funding period 2021-2024 took place digitally.
From the 24th to the 26th of March, 2021, an online PhD Workshop on the fields of sports sociology and management took place.
The planned 2020 Summer School was cancelled due to the Corona pandemic.
From the 4th to the 6th of July, 2019, the third Summer School took place in Grafenhausen (G). A report (in English) on the event can be found here.
