CLUSEAN
CLUSEAN is a framework of perl programs to annotate and analyze secondary metabolite biosynthesis gene clusters. CLUSEAN includes automated blast and HMMer analyses against standard databases and specialized tools to predict domain organizations and substrate specificities of megaenzymes involved in secondary metabolite biosynthesis. Included in CLUSEAN also is a command-line version of our NRPSPredictor.

CLUSEAN is an Open Source annotation framwork.
