Tübingen Center for Digital Education

The Tübingen Center for Digital Education (TüCeDE) is an interdisciplinary center within the University of Tübingen. The TüCeDE aims to strengthen the research and transfer expertise of the University of Tübingen and the cooperating institutions in the area of digital education.

The University of Tübingen has thus been establishing an innovative research and transfer hub for digital education to prepare schools and teachers for teaching and learning in a digital society. The center is embedded in an innovative and research-strong ecosystem.

In the context of the center, more than 30 renowned researchers from different fields such as educational research, computational linguistics, subject-matter didactics, digital humanities, computer science, medicine, media ethics and psychology are closely working together. With our use-inspired basic research and transfer activities, we want to contribute to advancing digital education in different educational institutions.
